Shoot First Special Feature Event!
This month we’re very happy to present the Scottish premier of Swasticow – Crusin’ the Bahn! This award winning low-budget Irish comedy chronicles the 20 year rise and fall of Swasticow, “the band that was banned”, delving into the hidden depths and turbulent career of the infamous Austrian musical duo who claim to have invented the bassline.
The first feature film from young Irish director Luke Leslie, Swasticow – Crusin’ the Bahn is a mockumentary of teutonic proportions!
As you’d expect from a Shoot First event, Luke will be joining us for a chat about the making of his film after the screening.
To find out more about who and what Swasticow are, go to www.buckledcranium.com/swasticow.html if you dare!
Remember that Shoot First is always actively seeking submissions, so email ed@shootfirstfilm.com for details.
