INGREDIENTS

Serves 1 // Takes 15 minutes 

400 of kefir

1 egg

1/2 teaspoon of baking soda

1 tablespoon of sugar

2 apples

1 tablespoon of cinnamon

2-2,5 cups of flour

Frying oil

Icing sugar for sprinkling

 

METHOD

1. Peel and core the apples and cut them into slices.

2. Pour kefir into the bowl, and add the egg, sugar, baking soda and cinnamon.

3. Mix together very thoroughly. Gradually add flour.

4. Once all the ingredients are combined, add the sliced apples. 

5. Pour oil into a frying pan, and once the oil is hot, pour in the pancake mixture.

6. Fry on both sides until the pancakes are golden brown.

Serve warm, sprinkled with icing sugar.
