An unpredictable, slow-going pandemic is rolling through Athens, causing people to develop sudden amnesia. One of the victims is Aris (Aris Servetalis), found on a bus with no identifying documents and no memory of who he is. He is enrolled in a recovery program designed to help him build a new life, which instructs him to complete unusual tasks and document them using a Polaroid camera. As Aris slides back into ordinary life, he meets Anna, a woman who is also in recovery.
The debut feature from Greek writer-director Christos Nikou, this accidentally-timely pandemic film takes inspiration from the work of Yorgos Lanthimos and Charlie Kaufman to craft a story of memory, identity, and loss.
