Teenage climate activist Greta Thunberg is a force to be reckoned with. Swedish director Nathan Grossman takes us on an uplifting ‘year-in-the-life’ exploration of Thunberg’s activism, beginning with her one-person school strike outside the Swedish Parliament and ending with her, now infamous, speech at the UN Climate Action Summit in New York - including the astonishing wind powered voyage she took to get there across the Atlantic Ocean. Her self-described ‘laser focus’ on the issue of climate change has launched her global crusade to enlighten and impassion the world. Whilst providing us an intimate portrait into her personal life, this documentary is a compelling piece of propaganda reinforcing her own statement that no one is too small to make a difference.
