Tabbouleh is the trademark dish of Lebanese cuisine and will perfectly accompany tomorrow’s final recipe in this Stay Home Supper series. With limited ingredients, create a side dish packed with flavour.

INGREDIENTS
Serves 4 // Takes 15 minutes
200g Bulgar Wheat (or Couscous)
300ml Water
Juice of 2 Lemons
50ml Olive Oil
1 Red Onion, finely diced
100g Parsley, finely chopped
50g Rasins
Variations -
The Parsley can be substituted with mint, coriander or any combination of the three!
METHOD
1. Put the bulgar wheat in a pan with the water, lemon juice and olive oil. Cook on a medium heat until all the liquid has been absorbed.
2. Fluff the bulgar wheat up with a fork and then allow to cool.
3. Mix in the diced red onion, finely chopped parsley and raisins.
4. Serve at room temperature.
