Audio-Description

We provide Audio Description during our screenings whenever made available to us by distributers. The Audio Description can be accessed either by using our hearing-aid compatible induction loop or our in-ear induction loop headset, both of which are available on request from the Box Office.

Audio Description is a service for partially sighted or blind people. While the film's main soundtrack plays through the cinema speakers in the usual manner, users listen to a specially recorded narrator detailing what's happening on the screen at selected breaks during the film's dialogue, through a set of headphones. The headphones are personal and the user is still able to hear the film's sound through the cinema surround sound speakers.

Guide Dogs and Hearing Dogs

We welcome guide dogs in our cinema.

If taking a guide dog into the cinema screen, visitors must book an aisle seat, so that there is room for the dog to sit.

We are happy to provide a water bowl for the dog, which can be requested from the Café Bar.
