1. The Filmhouse Membership card is issued by and remains the property of Filmhouse, which retains the right to withdraw the card at any time, or to alter, amend or terminate the Membership card scheme without notice.
2. To earn points, your Membership card must be presented at the Filmhouse Box Office when purchasing or collecting tickets.
3. You cannot accrue or redeem points in the Café Bar.
4. Filmhouse reserves the right to vary the points issued on qualifying purchases. Any product may be excluded from the scheme at the discretion of Filmhouse.
5. Points cannot be used for the purchase on which the points have been awarded.
6. £1.50 discount does not apply to £5 Sunday screenings, Filmhouse Junior select special screenings, or any films on Filmhouse at Home.
7. Joint memberships are valid for two people residing at the same address.
8. Filmhouse Memberships are not valid for young people aged under 16 years old.
9. Memberships are available for collection from the Box Office only.
