Rocks

This British coming-of-age drama follows Rocks - a popular teenage girl with big dreams for the future. But her world is turned upside down when her mother suddenly leaves, resulting in her having to step up and take care of her adoring little brother Emmanuel. Determined to stick with her brother and avoid being taken into care, Rocks leaves her home and hides around London. Uniquely crafted by a majority female creative team in collaboration with mostly first-time actors, Rocks delivers an authentic honest and gritty take on a young girls ferocity and heart as she is faced with taking on adult responsibilities.
